Hello All!

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Wayne and Cindy, born and raised in New Jersey. Like so many others, we started to travel to Florida to go to Disney and Universal. We loved the excitement and the warm weather! Up north we were used to cold-long winters. We always remembered a conversation we had with a Disney cast member on the phone when we were planning one of our trips. She said to us “Not to think of it as hot in the summer. But, more of hot for a couple of months then gorgeous for the rest of the year! Unlike in the north, where it is cold for most of the year and nice for a few months.” That always stayed with us. Then in 2014, we took a leap of faith and moved to south Florida. Unfortunately, things did not go our way. But as life and adventures go, there are always lessons to be learned. Things about oneself and what one can achieve. Our takeaway from our first experience is what ultimately lead us to our success in 2022. We finally left NJ in our rear-view mirror and moved down here permanently. It has now been over a year, and we are LOVING the diversity of culture, food, entertainment and of course being so close to Disney and Universal!
